Warranty
Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
If any problem arises with a TUYA product after purchase, if there is an issue with the zipper or the accessories or any manufacturing issue, we fix the item within 1-2 business weeks from receiving the item or we replace the defected item depending on the issue and item availability.
Try not to over stuff your TUYA product or put things in there that don’t belong, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
If it was another issue, we evaluate whether it was an issue related to manufacturing or misuse.
This warranty doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your TUYA product through our website or one of our outlets, and you must provide proof of purchase.
How do I make a claim?
Please email our support team info@tuya-group.com with your product details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
